Welcome to ADC Ready. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ADC Ready website, waitlist, and application (together, the "Service"), operated by Enjoy Software Pty. Ltd. (ABN 14 655 355 098) ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. About ADC Ready

ADC Ready is an independent exam preparation tool that helps dental professionals practise communication, clinical reasoning, and exam-style roleplay scenarios for the Australian Dental Council (ADC) Part II Clinical Skills Day.

ADC Ready is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the Australian Dental Council.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for adult dental professionals and ADC candidates. By using the Service you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account registration

Access to the application requires an account. When you create an account you agree to:

• provide accurate and complete information;
• keep your login credentials secure and confidential;
• notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account;
• accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

4. Early access and invitations

ADC Ready is currently in early access. We may limit the number of users, invite users from a waitlist, modify features, or discontinue access at any time without notice. Early access does not guarantee ongoing access to the Service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• enter, upload, show, record, or communicate any real patient information — ADC Ready is for practice with simulated scenarios only;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks;
• circumvent access controls, rate limits, or security measures;
• use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service without our prior written consent;
• share your account credentials with others;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
• use the Service in a way that could damage our reputation or the reputation of the ADC assessment process.

6. No dental, medical, legal, or professional advice

ADC Ready is an exam preparation and practice tool.

AI-generated patient responses, transcripts, grading, feedback, explanations, performance analysis, and suggested improvements are for educational purposes only.

They are not:

• dental advice;
• medical advice;
• legal advice;
• professional advice;
• clinical supervision; or
• official ADC assessment or guidance.

You should not rely on ADC Ready as the sole source of truth for clinical practice, patient care, exam preparation, or ADC requirements.

7. AI-generated content

The Service uses third-party AI services to provide realtime voice roleplay, transcription, analysis, grading, and feedback.

AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or inconsistencies. We do not warrant that AI-generated content is complete, correct, clinically sound, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Grading and feedback are indicative only and may not reflect the outcome of an actual ADC examination. You are responsible for independently verifying clinical information and assessment outcomes.

8. Voice, video, audio, and recordings

When you start a roleplay session, enable your microphone, enable your camera, or use a recording feature, you consent to ADC Ready collecting and processing the voice, audio, video, transcript, session, grading, and feedback information needed to provide the Service.

You must not include real patient information in a roleplay session.

9. Intellectual property

All content, features, functionality, design, branding, and technology of the Service (including but not limited to scenarios, rubrics, grading logic, AI prompts, and software) are owned by Enjoy Software Pty. Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

10. Your content

You retain ownership of any original content you provide through the Service (such as your spoken responses during a roleplay). By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, process, and display your content solely to:

• operate and provide the Service;
• generate transcripts, grading, and feedback;
• provide session playback and history;
• improve the Service; and
• comply with legal obligations.

We may use de-identified, anonymised, or aggregated information derived from your content to improve ADC Ready, as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Fees and payment

ADC Ready offers a free trial and paid plans. The free trial lets you practise one scenario, taken from the ADC's published handbook, up to two times. No payment details are needed for the free trial.

A paid plan gives you unlimited roleplays, within the fair use limits below, for a fixed number of days:

• 1-Week Sprint — 7 days
• 4-Week Intensive — 28 days
• 3-Month Exam Ready — 12 weeks = 84 days
• 6-Month Complete — 24 weeks = 168 days

Current prices are on our Pricing page. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

One payment, no subscription. Each plan is a single payment. Nothing renews automatically, and we do not charge your card again unless you buy another plan.

When your plan runs. A plan starts when you buy it and ends after its number of days. If you buy a plan while another is still running, the new plan starts when the current one ends, so no days are lost.

Fair use. "Unlimited" means up to 10 roleplays in any 24 hours and up to 30 roleplays in any 7 days. These limits keep the Service affordable and responsive for everyone. A roleplay that does not connect, or that lasts less than a minute, does not count towards them.

Your plan is personal. A plan covers one person and may not be shared, resold, or used by anyone else. A plan is limited to a single computer. You can switch computers by contacting support, at most twice in any 30 days.

When your plan ends. You keep your account and continued access to your past roleplays, recordings, transcripts, and feedback. To start new roleplays you need a new plan.

Refunds. If you ask within 7 days of buying a plan and have not used it — no roleplay on that plan has lasted a minute or more — we refund it in full. After that, or once the plan has been used, we do not refund change of mind or unused time. Free trial roleplays never count as using a plan. See our Refund Policy for the full details. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Payment processing. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Your card statement will show Paddle. Paddle collects and remits any applicable taxes.

12. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

We may update scenarios, grading criteria, AI behaviour, features, and functionality at any time. These updates may affect your experience, session results, or historical comparisons.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory;
• we do not warrant that AI-generated content, grading, feedback, or analysis is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose;
• we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service;
• our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount (if any) you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded or limited by agreement.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Enjoy Software Pty. Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• your use of the Service;
• your breach of these Terms;
• your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or
• any content you provide through the Service.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information by contacting us at privacy@adcready.com.au.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to: intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.

16. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect personal information.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and any courts entitled to hear appeals from those courts.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as ADC Ready develops. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

If we make material changes, we may take additional steps to notify users where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
