Pricing questions
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once, and your plan runs for the number of days you chose. Nothing renews automatically.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days of buying, as long as you haven't used the plan: no roleplay on it has lasted a minute or more. After that, we don't refund change-of-mind purchases or unused time. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
What happens when my plan ends?
You keep access to all your past roleplays, recordings and feedback. To start new roleplays, choose another plan.
Can I add more time?
Yes. A plan you buy while another is running starts when the current one ends, so no days are lost.
What does fair use mean?
Every plan includes unlimited roleplays, up to 10 a day and 30 a week.
Can I share my plan?
No. Plans are personal and can't be shared. Your plan is limited to a single computer, to avoid abuse. You can switch computers through support, up to twice in 30 days.
Who handles the payment?
Our payment partner, Paddle, handles checkout and tax. Your card statement will show Paddle.
When can I buy a plan?
ADC Ready is in early access. Join the waitlist and we'll tell you as soon as plans are available.
